Welcome to our Winter newsletter!
It’s that time of year again! Cold winter days and long, dark evenings can sap the motivation from the best of us! But with the festive season ahead, now is the time to take care of our body. Pilates is not just good for our back, it is also great for brightening our mood and relieving us of the stresses of daily life.
2013 has been a fantastic year for In the Log Cabin with lots of new clients and classes and I would like to thank you all for being such wonderful people to work with! I wish you all a wonderful Christmas and a very happy and healthy 2014!
Christmas Opening Hours
Classes will be as usual for week commencing 16th December except for Tuesday when there will not be any classes.
Monday 23rd December – classes may be available. Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to attend.
Tuesday 24th December to Friday 3rd January – closed
Saturday 4th January – classes as usual
New Classes in 2014
I am pleased to announce that we have lots of new classes starting in the New Year. New classes will be held on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings as well as some lunchtime sessions. As always, places are limited so book in early to secure your place.
Pilates for Pregnancy
I am delighted to announce that one of my clients who has been attending the Pilates for Pregnancy classes is now a very proud, new mummy! Well done to Helen, what a wonderful Christmas you will have with your new addition to the family.
In the Log Cabin have a number of Pilates for Pregnancy classes and also Post Natal classes to help get new mums back in shape. Please ask Clare for more details and availability.
