Barre classes are inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. Our BarreConcept classes build strength and these full-body workouts also develop agility and flexibility. These classes are suited to all levels and abilities and you do not have to be a dancer to take part!
