Barre classes are inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. Our Barre and Body Balance classes build strength and these full-body workouts also develop agility and flexibility. These classes are suited to all levels and abilities and you do not have to be a dancer to take part!

The NYC Ballet workout combines stretching, floor barre and leg exercises. A combination of ballet, barre and Pilates, this is a great class for getting those long, lean muscles that ballet dancers are renowned for. You do not need dance or ballet experience for these classes so why not give it a try!
