Teacher Training: Everybody Pilates at In the Log Cabin
Do you love Pilates and want to take the next step? Or perhaps you’re already on the road to becoming a teacher and want to complete the journey in style. At In the Log Cabin our goal is to continue the education of Pilates teachers and enthusiasts by teaching the work of Joseph Pilates, in turn preserving the amazing legacy he left us. In association with Everybody Pilates, you will be supported with the best mentors and trainers.
Our full comprehensive training programme is a 500 hour, 12-14 month discovery of Pilates. You will learn the full repertoire of classical mat and apparatus exercises, how to teach them, why we teach them, hands on adjustments and so much more.
The Full Comprehensive Programme
This unique Teacher Training programme is a deep dive into Pilates. The blended learning via online training with Amy Kellow from Everybody Pilates, combined with hands on assistance from our experienced teachers here in the studio, will ensure you will learn the full classical system and become a confident, knowledgeable ambassador of Joseph Pilates’ work.
You will:
- learn to teach on the mat, reformer, cadillac/tower, chairs and barrels, as taught by Joseph Pilates
- learn the exercises in your own body
- learn how to adapt and modify exercises so you can confidently teach the person in front of you
- explore how the exercises form part of a system of the full Pilates Method, and how to help your clients reach their full potential with it
