Many of us are now working from home and probably in less than ideal conditions. Maybe at a makeshift desk at the kitchen island (like my husband) or perched on an unsuitable chair. These things combined with the added stresses of the Covid-19 situation has no doubt caused some tight shoulders. In this short video I will show you some quick exercises you can do. We will have done them all before in class but remember that if something doesn’t feel right then stop! Listen to your body.
